efficient.
Position Details
- Build and maintain nonprofit customer and industry relationships to help cloudStack
better understand and prioritize features required for planned market penetration
growth.
Develop and deliver cloudStack product requirements through research, competitive
analysis and customer feedback to define and prioritize cloudStack product features. - Support the sales team as the product and nonprofit CRM subject area expert
- Develop and deliver collateral materials to evangelize cloudStack and cloudStack
products to customers and industry partners directly and at appropriate events and
digital channels - Drive the success of existing customers using cloudStack Products to create success
stories, references, and repeat business opportunities
Position Requirements
- A post-secondary degree or diploma
- Familiarity with cloud computing services
- A technical aptitude and an interest in continued learning
- A desire to do things the right way, and produce accurate, complete results
- Past experience working with charitable organizations
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce
- Are willing to attain Salesforce Professional Certifications
- Are interested in disrupting the current Nonprofit technology products market by introducing creative, high-value solutions
