Meet The Team Behind cloudStack Services

Steve Weber - Co-founder cloudStack Services

Steve is one of the co-founders of cloudStack Services, and with 30 years sales and business development experience, from large multi-national technology customers to global Nonprofit organizations, Steve has a demonstrated his ability to build strong industry and customer relationships, and in communicating customer needs and product benefits to create and grow business relationships.   Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, and is certified as a Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant.   In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, and is an avid private pilot.

Ken Klinger - Co-founder cloudStack Services

Ken is a co-founder of cloudStack Services and leads the Product Development activities for the company. With over 30 years of product development experience at organizations like IBM, ATI Technologies and AMD, Ken brings a unique set of skills to bear on solving the problems cloudStack clients bring to the table. Ken is a Professional Engineer and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Dalhousie University (formerly Technical University of Nova Scotia). Ken enjoys spending free time with family and friends, outdoor activities and pursuing lifetime learning.

Vivek Ramasamy - Lead Support Engineer

Vivek is an MBA graduate from Saint Mary's University, Halifax working with cloudStack since 2019. His previous work experiences include working for a major Information Technology company in his home country India as a Mainframe support engineer and an entrepreneurship stint with the Solar PV industry. Tash Van Vlack - cloudStack Account Executive

Tasha is a cloudStack account executive who feels passionate about supporting nonprofits as they navigate digital change using fundraisingManager and the Salesforce platform. Her schooling, and work experience, has ranged from a Biology/History degree, teacher of English as a Second Language and work in client engagement across many industries. Jack Martins - Seasoned Technology Professional

Jack is a seasoned Technology professional with over 30yrs experience spanning all aspects of the research, development of product launch process. Leveraging his Electrical engineering and MBA degrees, Jack has managed technical teams, both small and large, across multiple geographies leading the effort to make customers successful in their quest to modernize the world with best in breed laptops, state of the art mobile smart phones, novel In Vitro Diagnostics Readers and now helping non- profits leverage cloudStack’s easy to use fundraisingManager to automate their fundraising efforts on top of Salesforce’s CRM platform. One of Jack’s most notable achievements was designing and overseeing the manufacturing of a mobile communication card that travelled into space on one of the early 1990s space shuttle missions. During his off time, Jack enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for golf, gardening, and good wine.   Jack can be reached at jack.martins@cloudStackservicescom

Shaun Bala - Customer Success Leader

Shaun leads the customer success branch of cloudStack services as well as being a valued member of our implementation team. With 15 years of experience in Salesforce enterprise software Shaun has provided consulting for financial planning and change management to such organizations as BMO Financial Group and DoctorsOntario. For the last 7 years Shaun’s focus has been on digital transformations for nonprofits through Salesforce and by joining the cloudStack team it has allowed him to help leverage nonprofits using world-class tools. In his spare time Shaun enjoys shuttling his kids to activities, attempting to play basketball alone and trying to not kill his garden.
