A passionate team of cloudStack professionals supporting your nonprofit organization

We support nonprofit fundraising teams in getting back to what they love most: engaging with donors and focusing on their mission. We’ve saved small to medium nonprofits thousands of hours on manual receipting, donor data-entry and board reporting by building them a powerful and intuitive CRM platform.

In our nonprofit tech experience, we’ve heard the frustrations of many organizations:

  • Fundraising teams struggling to remember who to contact for donations each year as they sift through dozens of Excel spreadsheets.
  • High nonprofit staff turnover when the job proves to be less about donors and more about systems management.
  • Legacy software systems that can’t be accessed remotely and have proven unusable for remote teams.
  • Admin staff hired solely for donation data entry and CRA receipting.

Fundraising is at the core of what we enable for our clients, but our solutions go well beyond fundraising. From client services and support for an immigrant aid organization, to scheduling and booking systems for performing arts nonprofits, to case and program management for human services agencies, our team has the experience and technical know-how to migrate our clients seamlessly and successfully to the nonprofit cloud.

Choosing a Salesforce Implementation Partner for your Salesforce Implementation

The Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) tailors the Salesforce CRM to better suit the needs of Nonprofits. It turns the #1 CRM for business into a Constituent Relationship Management system for nonprofits that help them manage programs, donations, volunteers, and supporters conveniently. The NPSP does so by adding pre-built constituent and donor management components on top of flexible, open data architecture.

NPSP provides a single source of truth delivering a 360 degree view of your constituents. You can leverage this unified view to engage in more personalized ways with supporters, or connect and help clients. With this visibility into people, funds and outcomes, you can make better decisions that drive impact.

With a CRM — and the Salesforce Platform, in particular — it’s an investment in the future of your nonprofit, and implementation is a lot more than applying for 10 free licenses and creating user accounts.

A great CRM implementation partner combines real-world nonprofit experience with technical expertise. Implementation isn’t just about creating user passwords and assigning account privileges. It’s about understanding the core needs facing nonprofits in today’s everchanging digital landscape and designing workflows and processes that fit the way that nonprofits engage with their constituents.

Your nonprofit is unique and your Salesforce implementation should be too.

  • Experience within the nonprofit sector and with the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud
  • Skills to customize your CRM to best fit your organization
  • Deep knowledge of best practices to avoid costly mistakes
  • Extensive data structure and app experience
  • The ability to work within your organizational budget
  • The know-how to set your organization up for successful adoption of your new system

Integration of your current systems is often a possibility and taking advantage of using Salesforce as a central system so that your email, marketing, financials, etc can all talk to each other is just part of how we provide a complex and effective solution.
